This 37-year-old male patient came to the Austin-Weston Center outside of Washington, D.C. to discuss his surgical options regarding his enlarged breast tissue. After meeting with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons, his surgeon recommended gynecomastia surgery. In addition to surgery for gynecomastia, the patient also had liposuction to remove the excess fat in his abdomen and flank areas that he had been unable to lose with dieting and exercise alone.
