SculpSure is the only laser machine certified by the FDA to eliminate fat. CoolSculpting works differently by sucking fat and skin into a pocket, absorbing cold air to freeze and destroy the fat. SculpSure, on the other hand, has been tested and results show a 24% decrease in fat thickness.
While CoolSculpting utilizes cold temperature, SculpSure uses a laser technique using heat to eliminate unwanted fat. The heat created by the laser emulsifies to melt the fat cells. As the temperature increases, the body will begin to reduce the fat naturally. In addition to removing unwanted fat, the heat produced by the lasers stimulates collagen and elastin production in the treatment areas. Promoting youthful tissue growth, eliminating fat but and making the treated body area healthier than it was before. SculpSure can address four areas at once, with each treatment lasting approximately 25 minutes. With SculpSure, a single 25-minute session can target multiple areas, for results you can see and feel. SculpSure is considered the newest and hottest trend in non-invasive lipolysis treatments. According to Cynosure (the makers of SculpSure), results are noticeably visible at six weeks, with optimal results at 12 weeks.
The CoolSculpting process involves the use of a device that freezes fat cells without damaging other tissues. Once fat cells are completely frozen, they will crystallize and die, eventually being removed by the body naturally. The process of CoolSculpting targets one body area per treatment, taking approximately 1 hour per treatment and 2-4 sessions required per target area to fully maximize results. CoolSculpting has been around for over a decade and is an industry favorite with countless reviews and testimonials from satisfied patients.
Both SculpSure and CoolSculpting are the newest and hottest options on the market for non-surgical body contouring. Because of this, it's difficult finding cosmetic surgery practices offering these treatments, with a vast majority who are late to the game and jumping on board with all the hype.
